I design products & services, conduct user research and develop strategies for some of the world’s biggest organisations, including LBG, Coca-Cola, Samsonite, Sage, Pernod Ricard, SAAB, IHG, Boots, HM Passport Office, NHSE and more.

Currently, I work at EY-Seren in London, where I serve as an individual contributor and team lead in a multidisciplinary team, overseeing the entire design process.

I am a T shaped individual who in a team wears multiple hats according the need of the project and have stretched myself to be a product designer, product manager, UCD coach, graphic designer, content creator, industrial designer and project manager.
